Thanks to our 14 Tar Heels who came out to our Tar Heel Service Day event at Greater Chicago Food Depository. We sorted through more than 3,500 pounds of Tar Heel “Bread” before helping out the other volunteers with sorting and packing “Chapel apples.” Volunteers packed an equivalence of approximately 168 meals per person.
