After a long history with Gamekeepers, we are excited to move on to a new game watch bar that better fits our needs as a club. Our leadership team considered many factors while trying to choose a new home:
-Would they allow us to do our raffle fundraising at the Duke games to benefit our scholarship fund?
-Could they fit a minimum of 200 people and allow standing room viewers?
After all this, we were able to find a bar that could do all this and MORE!
Check out some of the new benefits of our home:
-We will have blue cups!
-They will always have our basketball games on with sound (and UNC decor up – in fact, they’ve already bought 6 UNC flags).
-We can host raffles and fundraising (and they’ve offered to raffle off various concert tickets at their venue) as well as have our own Carolina playlist for before the game and during halftime.
-They have some TASTY food! Loaded cheese fries? Fried pickles? Buffalo chicken dip? They have it all! Check out this food menu.
-They’re easily accessible from the red line at the North/Clybourn stop.
-They have a table reservation platform that is quick and easy so 1) you’re guaranteed a table in advance and 2) they’re guaranteed to have the appropriate amount of staff for us. Walk-ins will always be welcome but if you know you’re going to attend, this will help them staff accordingly.
